Welcome to our F.A.Q. and support page. Outlined below are some of the most common questions you might have. Be rest assured that we are here to help you with any issues you might have. Feel free to write to us about questions, concerns, product feedback, product suggestions or anything else you would like to bring to our attention.

I just placed an order. When will my order arrive?

If the items are shipped domestically, then depending on your location, it usually takes anywhere between 3 to 7 business days for the product to reach you. If the product is shipped from our international warehouses, it could take anywhere from 15 to 45 days for the items to reach you, though we've been seeing much quicker shipping times recently. Shipping time is typically dependent on how long customs takes, which can vary from country to country. 


I ordered 2 or more items, why did I only receive one?

When you order multiple items at a time they might be shipped separately as products are shipped from different warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once... they will get to you! 

Why did I not receive a confirmation email after placing the order?

There's a good chance that our email has ended up in your SPAM folder.

I don't have a tracking number, when will I get it?

We update the tracking number as soon as we ship the item and you will get an email immediately. 

Currently, we are offering tracking numbers only for orders from the USA, but we will be adding this feature to other countries very soon. 

What are the payment options available?

We accept all major credit cards through the Stripe powered Shopify Payment system. We also accept PayPal payments as well. 

Do you provide international shipping?

Yes. At the moment we provide shipping to over 20 countries around the world.
